We have a donation center at Nakawuka, Katalemwa Town, Wakiso District.
We receive donations in form of physical items like clothes, bedsheets, duvets, shoes, blankets, bedcovers, plates, cups, forks, spoons, novels, and toys among others. We accept items that are in good condition for use and are not in danger to those that will be using them.

We carry out the initial biopsychosocial assessments from the homes of individual old persons so that we know their needs. It's from these needs assessments that we get to know what our elderly members need at home.
We distribute what we have from our donation center. This enables our elderly members to live a comfortable and respectful life and be able to enjoy aging with love and kindness.

Yes, our donation center employs the elderly as volunteers so that they are occupied and not just sit at home. This helps them to keep active mentally, socially, and physically as they interact with their co-workers and team.

Some of the donated items at the center are sold and the proceeds go towards the medical care and other needs of the elderly members as needed. Many seniors can barely afford their medical bills and even feeding. So that money can greatly help us in our activities like Meals on wheels, medical insurance, counseling for caregivers among others.
